IKEA's Coming Out

2020 AAF Mosaic Award Winner

The LGBTQ+ community faces many forms of discrimination and violence causing them to not feel safe in this world. IKEA is accepting of the community inside their workplace and practice many initiatives in support of their LGBTQ+ employees. It’s time to bring those inside values out. In June of 2018, in celebration of marriage equality in the US, IKEA will come out!

IKEA not only came out but also came out with a rainbow furniture collection in celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. By coming out with us or registering as an ally on our microsite, shoppers will receive a free piece from our new line.

IKEA Room Takeovers

In-store experiences will take over IKEA's all around the US during the month of June. Our campaign video content will play on TV monitors explaining why we're coming out and why others should too.
